One licence corresponds to one employee whose activity is monitored. Admin and manager accounts are free of charge.

Before you decide
What happens when the trial ends?
Collection stops. Your data and configuration are kept for 60 days: subscribe within that window and you pick up exactly where you left off. Without a subscription, everything is deleted.
Do I need a credit card to try?
No. The trial is created in minutes, with no payment method.
How are licences billed?
Per monitored employee. Adjust the licence count to your actual headcount; HR and manager accounts are free. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Can we get our data back if we leave?
Yes. At your request, we enable the GDPR export, which returns each employee's data (identity, activity, sessions, devices, leave) as CSV files. After the contract ends, automatic deletion beyond your retention period continues, and data relating to your employees is deleted after 365 days.
Do you work with integrators?
Yes. Your clients buy their licences directly from us: we handle invoicing and payment collection. You create their workspaces yourself, free trial included, and manage them from a multi-client console. You earn a commission on their subscriptions for as long as they remain your clients. Each month, a statement tells you the commission to invoice us. Contact us about the reseller programme.
